The National HAGS Platform

Article 16, Section 50, Homestead Act, Constitution, clearly shows no exceptions for homeowner, property owner associations to foreclose on our homesteads, yet our homesteads are being foreclosed by them. It is our objective to completely stop these mini governments from foreclosing on our homesteads. Lien placement on the property for nonpayment of maintenance/assessment fees is sufficient to collect delinquent fees—making someone homeless is overkill.
